White Fly Treatment

Day 1
- Purge dose: 2 qt. of CV-600/700
- Purge dose: 1 qt. of SC 1000
- Measure Phosphate Levels
- expect elevation due to extreme White Fly loading
- Add 8 oz. of PR 10,000
- lower phosphates to below 200 ppb
- Test chlorine
- add 1 gallon if chlorine is 0 ppm
- add 1/2 gallon if any chlorine is present
- Add tabs to feeder or floater and watch your stabilizer
- this applies mainly to residential pools
- For salt pools, leave generator at current levels until pool begins to hold chlorine, then adjust generator as needed
- Adjust all other chemicals to ideal range
- do not add stabilizer expect adjustment after enzyme and phosphate treatments
- Brush Pool
- Discuss foliage treatment plan with customer
Day 2-4
- Clean filter as needed
- Retest chlorine
- add 1 gallon if chlorine is 0 ppm
- add 1/2 gallon if any chlorine is present
- Make minor adjustments to chemicals to bring to balance
- Brush pool
Week 2+
- Begin Enzymes maintenance dose
- High Infestation – 10 oz. per week
- Normal Usage – 5 oz. per week
- PR-10,000
- 8 oz. per week until phosphates measure 200 ppb or less
- SC-1000
- 3 oz. per week maintenance
- PR-10,000
- 1 oz. per week maintenance
